Debit Card Available - Free of Charge: State employees will have the ability to utilize a debit card payment system for eligible flexible spending account (medical and dependent care) expenses during Plan Year 2013. This payment system eliminates many paper claims used for reimbursement.

Delta's Choice PPO
Delta Dental Premier
Five vision plans will also be offered during the new plan year. The vision plans are Humana, Primary Vision Care Services, Superior Vision Services, United HealthCare Vision (formerly Spectera), and Vision Service Plan.
