Bryce Fair, Chair
Mr. Fair is Associate Vice Chancellor for Scholarships and Grants with the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. He has served on the Council since 1993 and was appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma Senate.

Weldon Davis, Vice-Chair
Mr. Davis is a retired school administrator. Currently, he is a hearing officer for employee grievances and pre-disciplinary hearings in the Oklahoma City Public School System. Mr. Davis has served since June, 2007, and was appointed by Governor Brad Henry.

Oscar B. Jackson, Jr.
Mr. Jackson is the Administrator and Cabinet Secretary for Human Resources and Administration, Office of Personnel Management. He has served on the Council since 1992. Mr. Jackson's position on the Council is statutorily mandated.

Cliff Peden, Secretary
Mr. Peden is an independent agent specializing in employee benefits. He has been involved in the group health insurance industry for over 29 years. Mr. Peden was appointed to the Council in April, 2007, by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
