The official administrative rules that govern the Employees Benefits Council can be found on file at the offices of the Oklahoma Secretary of State, 220 Will Rogers building, 2401 N. Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
An unofficial, online version of the EBC administrative rules can be viewed at the Secretary of State's Web site, as follows:
- First, navigate to http://www.sos.ok.gov/oar/default.aspx.
- Next, select "Online Code and Register" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
- Then select "View Code" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
- Finally, select "Title 87" from the list of titles in the middle of the screen. At this point, select from four links of the four chapters within Title 87, Chapters 1, 10, 15, and 20.
