Plan Year 2012 (January 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012)
Option Period starts for all active State employees on October 3, 2011 and closes at 12 AM on October 28, 2011. Agencies may set an earlier deadline for paper enrollment submissions. Ask your Benefits Coordinator for details. A list of Benefits Coordinators, by agency, is provided on the left menu of this website.
Enroll 24 hours a day through the easy Online Enrollment option, beginning October 3. Simply log in on the main page of the Employees Benefits Council website with the user ID (your six-digit employee ID) and update your password, as needed. If you have difficulty logging in, contact your Benefits Coordinator or call EBC at 405-232-1190.
Help Desk Hours during Option Period:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, Oct 3 – Oct 27
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Friday, October 28
Elections made during the Option Period will be effective beginning January 1, 2012.
Important Deadlines for Option Period:
Online enrollment ends: Midnight, October 28, 2011
Supplemental Life Insurance Applications: Postmarked by November 15, 2011 and mailed directly to the Oklahoma State Education and Employees Group Insurance Board (address located on form)
